With a robust academic foundation and extensive professional experience, Alexandria Donkor is a dedicated leader in student affairs and residence life. Alexandria earned a Master of Science in Multidisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Creative Studies in Hotel Management from the State University of New York (SUNY) Buffalo State, following a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management.

Prior to her arrival at ÓûÂþɬ Alexandria served as the Director of Residence Life & Student Conduct and Deputy Title IX Coordinator at Mitchell College in New London, CT, Alexandria has demonstrated exceptional skills in policy development, staff supervision, and crisis management. Alexandria is responsible for crafting policies to support diverse student needs in this role, overseeing high-level conduct cases, and leading campus-wide diversity and wellness programs.

Alexandria held various roles early in their career, including Area Director at Bloomfield College and Resident Director at the University of Pikeville. These positions allowed Alexandria to refine their skills in budget management, staff supervision, and student engagement while handling judicial and crisis response responsibilities.

Overall, Alexandria’s career is marked by a dedication to fostering supportive and inclusive campus environments, driving continuous performance improvement, and leading with a focus on student development and institutional excellence.
