The ÓûÂþɬ Symphony Orchestra is a fun, passionate, diverse, and welcoming community of musicians dedicated to performing a variety of musical genres through unique concert experiences in the community and beyond.


Department of Music

The Music Department offers a program exploring the history, theory, literature, performance and cross-cultural study of music.

Native/Indigenous Scholarship Committee

The Native/Indigenous Scholarship Committee oversees the scholarship that is open to all students who identify as American Indian, Alaska Native, Native Hawaiian, Pacific Islander, First Nations, Inuit and/or Métis.


Neuroscience and Behavior Program

The Neuroscience and Behavior Program teaches the study of the nervous system, which can be approached at many levels—from molecules and cells to organisms and their behavior.


The Nexus Program

The Nexus Program allows students to create an individual program of study combined with an internship experience in one of nine pre-professional tracks. College 211 and the annual LEAP symposium are components of the Nexus program.

Office of the Ombudsperson

The Office of the Ombudsperson operates to ensure that all members of the community receive fair and equitable treatment. The ombudsperson acts as an impartial and informal source of assistance to those who believe they have been treated unfairly.

The Parking Office

The Parking Office is responsible for managing parking resources and maintaining safe access for emergency vehicles and campus deliveries at ÓûÂþɬ.


The Payroll Office

The Payroll Office within the Human Resources Department maintains employee biographical and pay data, and processes monthly payroll for all salaried employees and biweekly payroll for all hourly paid employees (including students).


Department of Philosophy

The Department of Philosophy encourages students not only to strive to understand what philosophers have written but also to be philosophers — to think with depth and clarity about issues that are fundamental to the human condition.
